When you send the quote form, we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, business or organisation, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the service you are interested in, towns or sites, and your message.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry with advice and pricing, and to follow up on a quote or booking you have asked us about. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone who is not part of answering your request.
How it is stored
At this stage of the site, enquiries are written to a private log on our own server for the Windhoek team to read and answer. They are not published and are not used for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, your message is handled by those providers under their own terms.
Your choice
